7. Coaching & Personal Development
Back to You Collective provides coaching and personal-development services.
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support reflection, awareness, personal development and action.
Results will vary between individuals and no particular personal, professional, financial or other outcome is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions both during and following participation in our services.
8. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care
Back to You Collective coaching and resources are not intended to replace medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment or other professional healthcare services.
We do not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions.
If you require medical, psychological, financial, legal or other regulated professional advice, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
9. Creating a Respectful Space
We want Back to You Collective experiences to feel welcoming, supportive and respectful.
When attending group experiences, we ask that you respect the privacy, views, experiences and personal boundaries of other participants.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour or behaviour that significantly disrupts an experience will not be accepted.
Where reasonably necessary to protect the wellbeing or safety of participants or facilitators, we reserve the right to ask an individual to leave an event or online session.
Any decision regarding refunds in these circumstances will be considered fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
10. Privacy Within Group Experiences
Participants may choose to share personal reflections during group sessions.
Please respect the privacy of other attendees and do not intentionally share another participant's personal story or identifying information outside the session without their permission.
However, because group sessions involve other participants, Back to You Collective cannot guarantee that another attendee will maintain confidentiality.
Please only share information that you feel comfortable discussing within a group environment.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content created and supplied by Back to You Collective — including workbooks, exercises, written materials, course content, graphics, videos and other resources — belongs to Back to You Collective or is used with appropriate permission.
Purchasing a product or attending an experience does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Materials supplied to you are for your own personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
12. Photography & Content at Events
We may occasionally wish to take photographs or video at our events for Back to You Collective marketing and social media.
Where identifiable attendees are involved, we will seek appropriate permission.
You may tell us that you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
We ask attendees to respect the privacy of others when taking their own photographs or videos during an experience.
13. Changes to Events
Occasionally circumstances outside our reasonable control may require us to make changes to an event, such as the venue, facilitator arrangements or other practical details.
Where a significant change occurs, we will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options.
If we cancel or reschedule an event, the applicable arrangements are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and digital services available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Occasional maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
If you experience a problem accessing something you have purchased, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
15. Our Responsibility to You
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
16. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, non-attendance and changes to bookings are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Please read that policy before making a purchase.
17. Privacy
We take the privacy of our customers seriously.
Information you provide when using our website, making a booking or purchasing a product will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable requirements.
The version that applies to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when your contract with us is formed, unless a change is required by law or otherwise validly agreed.

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer, you will retain any protections and rights regarding where legal proceedings may be brought that apply to you under law.
