Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
At Back to You Collective, every experience is created with care and intention. We understand that plans can sometimes change, so please read the following cancellation and refund information before making your booking or purchase.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
In-Person Events & Experiences
Bookings for our in-person events and experiences are for a specific date and time and spaces are limited.
Once your place has been booked, tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law or where Back to You Collective cancels the event.
If you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. Please contact us before the event so we can update the attendee details.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for non-attendance or missed events.
If We Cancel an Event
In the unlikely event that Back to You Collective cancels an event, you will be offered either:
- a full refund of the amount paid; or
- the opportunity to transfer your booking to another suitable date, where available.
If an event needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible with your options.
Back to You Collective is not responsible for additional costs you may incur in connection with attending an event, such as travel or accommodation, unless required by law.
Live Online Coaching & Sessions
For live online coaching sessions that are not tied to a specific exempt leisure event, applicable statutory cancellation rights will be honoured.
If you need to reschedule a booked individual coaching appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any additional cancellation or rescheduling conditions specific to a session will be clearly stated before purchase.
If Back to You Collective needs to cancel your session, you will be offered a suitable alternative date or a full refund.
Digital Products & Self-Guided Courses
Our digital products may include downloadable workbooks, videos, resources, courses and other digital content.
Where you choose to receive or access digital content immediately, before the end of any applicable statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel.
Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and digital content has begun to be supplied, we do not normally provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Technical Problems
If you purchase digital content and experience difficulty accessing it, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Please do not purchase the product again unless we advise you to do so.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to your original payment method.
Once we have processed your refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
